Veterans Affairs Medical Center – Manchester Interior Renovations

RGB provided design services at the existing Hospital Radiology Suite. Work included evaluating existing conditions of MEP/FP systems and existing room/space layouts. RGB and our consulting engineers reconfigured the HVAC system and coordinated new duct work in tandem with the new layout of space/rooms. RGB provided complete designs to meet current code-compliance and VA Design Guide requirements for both MEP and architectural renovations to include SPEC/CT room, injection room, staff break room, reception area and check-in/waiting room. The total construction budget was estimated at $1,559,376 and was completed in 2019.
