St. Mary Academy – Bay View

St. Mary Academy – Bay View commissioned RGB to analyze existing campus infrastructure in order to produce a master plan that addressed current and future needs. In particular, science, technology, and auditorium spaces were noted in the cost and needs based analysis. RGB then implemented Phase I of the master plan, which added a new entrance and elevator to the science building. The five-stop elevator within three stories provides a new entry point and accessibility to the building. The Phase II vision consists of renovation and redesign of the interior of the science and technology wing.
