Scallop Shell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Post Acute Partners retained RGB to perform design renovations at Scallop Shell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The scope of work on this 30,000 SF project included renovations and alterations to resident rooms, corridors, and common area spaces; renovation of resident rooms and corridors consisted of replacement of exterior windows, floor and wall finishes, wardrobe casework/furniture, plumbing fixtures, electrical devices, and lighting. Alterations to resident common areas consisted of minor wall demolition and construction, new casework, finishes, and new lighting. Phase 1 was completed in 2011. Phase 2 consisted of a new wing addition that houses 16 beds. Phase 2 was completed in 2014.
