RGB assessed all the water infiltration issues in youth assessment and youth detainment buildings for RI DCYF. Upon assessment, RGB provided the correction solutions to the leaks and oversaw the implementation of those solutions by the contractor.
Between both buildings there were more than 120 identified leaks. Many were intermittent; leaks were coming from walls, roofs and cavities. RGB, in conjunction with the contact, field investigated every leak via water testing methods and minor investigation demolition.
RGB provided a comprehensive report and logistics plan to correct all the deficient conditions and all identified leaks were resolved and remain leak free. The Client has successfully been implementing the plan over several years as funding has become available.
