Mount Saint Charles Academy Master Plan

RGB provided a full analysis of the existing conditions of the Mount Saint Charles Academy and provided a five year master plan to address campus deficiencies.  RGB also provided analysis of campus capacity, planning, phasing and probable project costs. Full systems analysis for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems through out the main school and existing mechanical and storage building. Site analysis, traffic and circulation studies, drainage and aesthetic field review were completed; RGB provided phasing and plans to address deficiencies in these areas.
