Lincoln Police Station

RGB designed an addition and renovations to the existing Lincoln Police Department facility. The addition occupied 6,600 SF over two stories and was constructed in phases to accommodate the Town’s annual capital spending forecasts and to allow operations to remain ongoing. Interior renovations and additional site work were conducted as Phase 2. The total project budget was approximately $3 million.
