RGB completed the design for a new 6-story hotel with 125 guest units. This $24 million hotel features a guest fitness center, indoor pool, cafe, bar and lounge conveniently located near the airport.

Spacious guestrooms offer flexible workspace and areas to relax with a separateliving area featuring a Cozy Corner Sectional Sofa Sleeper. Additionally, all bathrooms are nicely appointed with a roomy walk-in shower and oversized eco-quartz vanity with one sink. Guest bathrooms also feature a dressing area and large closets.

Thoughtfully designed with guests’ comfort in mind, the inviting lobby lounge, The Gallery, includes lounge areas for large gatherings, a four-station e-Room for quick, complimentary access to computers and printers, and food and beverage offerings.

Flexible meeting facilities accommodate small groups for business or social meetings. The recreational facilities include an indoor pool and a very well-equipped 24-hour Stayfit® with cardio equipment, free weights and benches.

RGB assisted the developer in obtaining up to $3.5 million under the statewide tax-increment financing program, which allows taxes collected from a development project to be paid back to the developer to help offset project costs. The project also is eligible for about $1.4 million in Rebuild Rhode Island tax credits, which allows a developer to get up to 20 percent of the total project cost in tax credits that can be used, traded or redeemed with the state for 90 percent of their value, and between $300,000 and $400,000 in a sales-tax exemption on construction materials.

The project is one of the first to be constructed in City Centre Warwick Station Development District.
