Charles Orms Building – Lobby

The Charles Orms Building is a four story 40,000 square foot office building that houses multiple tenants.  RGB has been involved with several renovations within the building over the past 10 years.  Renovations include the Corridors, common toilet rooms, vending lounge area and most recently the Entrance and Lobby space.  The existing lobby was a throw back from the 80’s with a lot of brick and a pink hue to the tile floors and the overall feeling in the room was dark.  RGB presented a clean bright design with subtle neutral tones.  Through body porcelain tile lead the way to the elevators, common toilet rooms and tenant space.  Textured panels add a fluid water effect on the otherwise black wall.   A lounge area allows visitors and tenants in the building to view the Channel 6 News on a large screen monitor.
