Buena Vista Garage

RGB was contracted to perform Owner’s Representative services by the City of Somerville for renovations at a two-level parking garage with a capacity of 189 vehicles. The garage is adjacent to the Harvard Vanguard office building and Davis Square. The priority work will alleviate potential safety issues and immediate maintenance issues including concrete repairs, expansion join replacement, waterproofing, and replacement of fire protection sprinkler heads and piping as well as repair of storm/sanitary drainage systems.
