The new corporate headquarters building for Beacon Mutual Insurance Co. is an “employee friendly” building that reflects the company’s commitment to its personnel.
Supervisor’s offices traditionally at the perimeter of the building are lined up in the center with employee work stations positioned closer to the exterior windows, allowing everyone equal access to natural light.
The interiors are warm and inviting, using a subtle but rich palette of cherry wood paneling and doors set off by warm beiges and greens. Frosted glass and brushed stainless steel hardware and accents compliment the design.
