John Racine

Over his 20-year career, John has led complex transportation, commercial, and industrial projects. High profile projects several MBTA station designs, the RIPTA Para-Transit Maintenance Facility, and National Grid Westboro Operations Center. Recently, John provided Owner Project Management support services on the new North Providence Public Safety Complex. He has also been instrumental in leading our Owner’s Project Management (OPM) division. He represents private and public entities in construction endeavors. John is a LEED-accredited professional, a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Officer (MCPPO), and an active member of his community. John received his Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University.
