Jeffrey Hatcher

Jeffrey’s experience includes unique projects with complex program requirements throughout New England and the Midwest, ranging from the design of public safety and training facilities, manufacturing facilities, vehicle maintenance and fueling facilities, to an intermodal train station. Jeffrey responds to clients’ specific service operations and processes, identifying areas for improvement through design. He has been with RGB since 1987. Jeff has acted as Expert Witness for the Rhode Island Office of Attorney General in connection with a $65 million State project that needed forensic review of the project’s multiyear documentation. Jeffrey leads RGB’s teams in the capacity of quality assurance and control.
Jeff is the recipient of numerous awards including RI Associated General Contractors Honor Award, Rhode Island Public Transit Authority Maintenance Facility Award, William & Thomas Gilbane Project Achievement Award.
He is a member of the Architectural & Engineering Emergency Response
Task Force 7 (RI AEERTF). He received his Bachelor of Architecture from
The University of Arkansas School of Architecture and has been registered in 18 states.
