As firm president, Jason is focused on growth and leadership within the office. Jason joined RGB in 2015 and was named president in 2020. He has a professional background in retail, institutional, hospitality, mixed-use commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential design. This background was developed in part through his prior affiliation as a principal of Solus4, a firm that operated on a global platform in relation to sustainability strategies, macro planning, community building, project logistics, and team management.
Jason also brings extensive experience as construction project manager. A former vice president of Taurean Construction Management, he has a set of skills that enable him to lead clients and manage projects at all stages of design and construction.
