RGB along with the developer Taction Properties, the general contractor Tavares LLC and the financial lender Berkshire Bank were on site for the topping off ceremony for the new Harris Ave self storage facility. Participants signed the last bean to be placed at the top of the corner tower of the 5 story steel frame. The Steel erector Capco placed the final steel beam signifying the completion of the structural steel frame.

Harris Ave Self Storage  is a 5 story  90,000 sf climate controlled storage facility with retail office and post office mail box location. The completed building will bring 500 leasable storage units storage units on to the market to support the new multi-family construction throughout Providence and will be managed by Life Source Storage Solutions.  Construction is anticipated to be completed in August of 2020.
