Joseph R. Beretta, MBA President and Chief Financial Officer
Joining RGB in 1973, serving as controller, the Board of Directors elected Joe President and CFO in 1998. As President, Joe leads the firm's Executive Committee, which oversees the direction and operation of RGB. In his role as CFO, Joe directs all administrative functions and is responsible for all financial matters. Joe is active in the community on various boards and committees, such as President's Council, LaSalle Academy, Beneficent House, the Rhode Island Commodores, and the Rhode Island Builders Association.

David L. DeQuattro, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP Principal
Dave first joined RGB in 1992. Dave's architectural specialties include: academic, industrial, large-scale retail, healthcare, municipal, and corporate design. Dave's construction and architectural experience enables him to produce and promote a total teamwork effort, as well as stay within budget. As a Prinicpal, he is a member of the firm's Executive Committee, which oversees the direction and operation of RGB. He also leads the business development efforts and oversees the firm's marketing department. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bannister House and the House Committee at the University Club. Dave has served the Town of Smithfield, Rhode Island, as Chairman of the Soil Erosion Committee, and he was previously the Secretary of the Town's Conservation Committee. Dave proudly served his country as a member of the Rhode Island Air National Guard for twelve years. Professional Registrations: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Jeffrey A. Hatcher, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP Principal
Joining RGB in 1987, Jeff has been practicing architecture since 1977. He provides a broad range of experience to the firm, having worked on a variety of projects with detailed and complex program requirements throughout New England and the Midwest. Jeff's project experience includes commissions in the corporate, commercial, industrial, government, and academic sectors. His projects range from newspaper printing and manufacturing facilities to vehicle maintenance and fueling facilities, and an intermodal train station. Jeff enjoys the challenges of learning his clients' business operations and processes, in order to design facilities that can better assist and improve their businesses. As Executive Vice President, Jeff is a member of the firm's Executive Committee, which oversees the direction and operation of RGB. He also serves as a project manager, acting as a liaison between clients and RGB, while overseeing his team. Jeff has received many awards throughout his career, including the William & Thomas Gilbane Project Achievement Award for The Village Apartments at Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT. Professional Registrations: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Arkansas, Washington, DC, New Jersey, Maryland, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Russell J. Ferland, PE, NSPE Executive Vice President
Russ joined RGB in 1973. As Executive Vice President, he is a member of the firm's Executive Committee, which oversees the direction and operation of RGB. Russ also oversees all aspects of RGB's Engineering Department. He has broad experience in site design and development, parking lot design, site utility, and plumbing design. Russ has a strong working relationship with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, as well as the Rhode Island Department of Transportation. Russ has served on numerous professional boards in Rhode Island and New England, including the National Society of Professional Engineers, as well as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for which he is a member of the Urban Water Resources Research Council. He currently serves the City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island on numerous boards, including serving as the Secretary for the Zoning Board of Review in Pawtucket. Professional Registrations & Licenses: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and New Hampshire, Soil Evaluator license in Massachusetts, Class III Design (ISDS) license in Rhode Island.

Cynthia L. Gerlach, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB Associate
Practicing architecture since 1985, Cyndi joined RGB in 1999 and was promoted to Associate in 2003. Cyndi fulfills the role of project manager with RGB. Cyndi is committed to meeting client expectations and has a desire of developing long term client relationships. Cyndi’s focus is on schedule, budget, design quality control and team communication. She has a wide range of experience in the design of new and renovated projects that include academic, civic, and industrial and transportation facilities, as well as corporate architecture. Cyndi currently serves as President of the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIAri) for 2010, serves as a member of the City of Warwick Planning Board, and is a member of the Bishop Hendricken High School Parent Council. Professional registrations include: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Cyndi is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional.

Christopher S. Mazzier, AIA, NCARB Associate
Chris has been with RGB since 2001, and was promoted to Associate in 2007. Chris will lead in his efforts as one of RGB’s premier architects and as Design Manager focuses his abilities on the design direction of RGB. Chris has over 15 years of architectural experience working in a broad range of large and small scale building and project types. His portfolio includes work on projects such as the Millennium Park Bandshell in Chicago and Legoland Theme Park in Carlsbad, CA, the Westin Escalator Vestibule in Providence, and the Chicago Light Rail Station Canopy Design proposal. Chris has also worked on projects abroad including New Zealand and Europe. Professional Registrations: Rhode Island, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Kathryn Beretta Mancini, ASID Interior Design
Kathryn joined RGB in 1987. Her portfolio includes projects within the hospitality, healthcare, education, recreation, religious and corporate office arena.
As an Interior Designer, Kathryn works closely with the Design and Project Architects to ensure that the interior spaces of our clients' facilities receive as much care and attention as the exterior. Her responsibilities include interior space planning, furniture selection and specification, lighting design, interior finish selections, renovation and reuse of existing furniture, interior and exterior painting, and layout.
