USGBC New RI Chapter: RGB Recognized at the Chapter's first meeting

May 15, 2008 - RGB was among 100 architects, lawyers, government officials and scientists in the forming of the new Rhode Island Chapter of the US Green Building Council. As RI's first LEED accredited design professional, Steven L. Hughes and RGB were 1 of 4 of the state's earliest members of the USGBC to be recognozed at the meeting. RGB has been a leader of green design in Rhode Island. The new residence hall at RI College, an RGB design, has just received LEED Certification ,and marks the second LEED Certified project in RI and the first new construction and  residence hall to recieve such certification.
